A caramelized banana is on top of the carrot cake. It's really sweet, but you can really see the taste of bananas. There was a lot of carrots in it Because the dough and bananas are sweet, you can enjoy the aroma of the walnuts inside! Don't you feel the spice? The coffee was delicious too! It seems that they are using beans from the coffee roaster in Monzennakacho. The cup also shines like a seashell and is cute 😊 Pastry chef (@sugarilo) doesn't seem to make the same cake so much, and recently it has changed to orange carrot cake! The inside of the store is a little dark and mature with orange lighting.
