Madai ramen

The last rich Madai ramen was dramatically delicious, so it was the second repeat. Is the rich red sea bream a little too rich? I thought, so this time I made it a normal red sea bream ramen with expectations. It's a soup that feels like sea bream soup, but it doesn't have the punch of rich red sea bream soup. I did.
