2 hours from Beijing | Shennongjia, a mysterious place in Tianjin

🩵✅Limutai Scenic Area is located in Jizhou District, Tianjin (Adult tickets are NT$70, discounted tickets are available on Thursdays, Huimin Day) ✔️It is known as "Tianjin's Shennongjia" and "the tropical rainforest in the north" and is part of the Jixian National Geopark. 🚗✔️From Beijing, it is about 120 kilometers to the scenic spot parking lot via the ➡️Beijing-Pinggu Expressway, and it takes two hours to arrive. The parking lot has ample and spacious parking spaces. ✅There are two shuttle buses in the scenic area. The shuttle bus is just after entering the gate of the scenic area. After getting off at the station, walk two to three kilometers along the canyon. There are several waterfalls along this road, which is suitable for playing in the water and cooling off. Parents with children can prepare water guns and water play tools in advance, which are also sold in the scenic area. ✔️You can also bring lightweight river trekking shoes if you plan to play in the water. ✔️For the second shuttle bus, you can choose to climb the mountain by yourself. I walked up and down the mountain, and the whole journey took two to three hours (including climbing to the top of Qifu Peak). To save energy, it is recommended to take the bus up the mountain and walk on the plank road down the mountain. You will encounter the secret mountains and rivers hidden in the Yanshan Mountains for billions of years. ✔️Arrived at the |Lishuwang^ scenic spot, behind it is the primitive forest area, the opening hours are uncertain. In fact, you can continue to climb the mountain to Qifuding, which is the boundary between Hebei Province and Tianjin City. The rocks here are metamorphic rocks more than 200 to 300 million years ago. They are the oldest rocks rarely seen in the world. The road up the mountain is wild, mainly gravel and dirt roads, and you can meet precious butterflies and small animals. ❤Limited free information: Children on summer vacation are blessed, the scenic spot is now offering discounts. Before August 31 this year, candidates for the middle school and college entrance examinations can visit the Limutai Scenic Area for free (including shuttle bus) with their admission tickets or notification letters. Parents accompanying up to 5 people also have discounts.
