Trivandrum has many famous beaches, and I visited Shankumugham Beach. I also had lunch at Old Coffee House, an ocean view restaurant in Trivandrum where you can enjoy delicious seafood while looking out over Shankumugham Beach. I visited around 2pm, so there weren't many people, and I was able to sit and eat while looking out over the Arabian Sea in South India. Trivandrum is famous for its seafood, so I ordered seafood sizzler and mango lassi, which cost 840 rupees. It's quite expensive for Indian prices, but the staff's service was very attentive. The squid in the Seafood Sizzler was soft and delicious, and the seasoning tasted familiar, so it felt like eating Korean food, so it suited my taste very well. I was just happy to eat fresh seafood while looking at the cool sea. I highly recommend Old Coffee House.
