Mashu Station is used as a base for sightseeing to Lake Kussharo and Lake Mashu. I would like to introduce a coffee shop in front of the station, which is quite stylish and convenient. It is called Poppotei. From the outside, it looks like an ordinary house, but inside, it is a coffee shop with a calm and stylish atmosphere. It was quite spacious. The lunch menu is a set meal and ramen, and I was surprised that the ramen was unexpectedly delicious. I stopped by while waiting at the station, which was a great choice. They also sell local beer, coffee and tea as you would expect from a coffee shop.
