The journey takes about an hour and a half. It will take about another 30 minutes to take a speedboat from the pier to the water cottage on Sipadan Island. This cottage has a very good value for money for us. The accommodation fee includes three meals and snorkeling activities. You can choose whether to sign up freely. Only deep diving requires an additional fee of RM 265 per person. Everything is very leisurely here. You can fall asleep listening to the sound of the sea at night. People who are light sleepers must remember to wear earplugs, otherwise the white noise of the sea will become real noise. The CHECK OUT time is 6am and the hotel will arrange the return boat and car.
