Finally arrived at the fairyland described by Tao Yuanming

The Peach Blossom Spring in Changde is the authentic Peach Blossom Spring described by Tao Yuanming in his novel Peach Blossom Spring during the Eastern Jin Dynasty in China more than 1,600 years ago. It was first built in the Jin Dynasty. Historically, it is one of the four major Taoist holy sites in my country. It is known as "Thirty-five Caves in Heaven and Forty-six Blessed Places". For thousands of years, literati such as Tao Yuanming, Meng Haoran, Wang Changling, Wang Wei, Li Bai, Du Mu, Liu Yuxi, Han Yu, Lu You and Su Shi have left precious poems and calligraphy here. In front of Taohuayuan is the surging Yuan River, and in the distance are the rolling Wuling Peaks. There are towering centuries-old trees and clear streams here. Taohuayuan Scenic Area has developed four major scenic areas: Taohua Mountain in Fudi Cave, Taoyuan Mountain, a Taoist resort, Qinren Village in Utopia, and the birthplace of the legendary Taoxianling; there are also Yuanjiang Scenic Area, the ruins of Cailing City in the Warring States Period, and Hot Stone Hot Spring for sightseeing. The Taohuayuan Scenic Area holds the "Peach Blossom Festival" every spring. In spring, peach blossoms are everywhere, green and red. Walking into the Peach Blossom Spring is like stumbling upon a beautiful painting. Visitors who come here at this time can feel the tranquil rural scenery and look for the artistic conception of "lovely fragrant grass and colorful fallen flowers" described in "Peach Blossom Spring".
