Abukuma Cave on a rainy day

From Koriyama Station, it's a 45-minute train ride to Kamata Station, and from there you can take a taxi or walk to Abukuma Cave. It's a pretty big limestone cave. Maybe it was because it was a rainy day or because of the COVID-19 pandemic, but we had the place almost to ourselves to explore. But it might be a little scary to explore alone. There were also some bats flying around and they got pretty close. If you're lucky, you can see them on the road before entering the cave.
