The Moomin Museum is a must-visit for Moomin fans! It is located in the city of Tampere in Finland. You can get there by bus or train from Helsinki. (If you book your train or bus early, you can purchase tickets for less than half the price, so we recommend purchasing your tickets as soon as you have decided on your itinerary!) The Moomin Museum has many works that faithfully reproduce the story, and you can't help but stare at them. Every single one was made with great care and delicacy. The guidebook and audio guide are also available in Japanese, so even those who are not good at English can enjoy the world of Moomin. The reviews said that it was easy to finish and that 2 hours was enough, but as a big Moomin fan, I ended up rushing at the end after 2 and a half hours. (I regretted not taking much time based on the reviews. 😢) If possible, it's best to allocate your time with plenty of time. In the museum, there was a Moomin shop and a bookstore, although they were a little small.
