Sarasin Bridge

Sarasin Bridge, Phuket Province 🌉This bridge has been renovated into a pedestrian bridge and also has an octagonal observation tower designed in the Sino-Portuguese style, combined with the southern hip roof style of the building. It is the first bridge built to cross from Phang Nga Province to Phuket, connecting Ban Tha Chat Chai and Ban Thanun in Phang Nga Province via Highway No. 402, with a total length of 660 meters. 👫Sarasin Bridge is well known as the place where the legendary love story of two young people who were unhappy ended. They solved the problem by tying a white towel together and jumping from the middle of the bridge into the water on February 22, 1973. The story of the two people was made into a movie called "Sarasin Love Bridge". In addition, there is a story that on the night of the full moon, there will be a pair of white rabbits with red eyes coming out to stay together on this bridge.
