When you come to Takayama City, the most familiar must-eat specialty is of course Takayama Hida beef. The buffet breakfast provided by this hotel has several dishes using Hida beef, namely beef cola cake, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, rich in beef flavor. The beef buns are printed with kanji Hida beef, which makes you look stylish even when you take pictures.
