Chixi Jiuzhaigou | Taishan Cross River

| Taishan Cross River. Taishan Dakeng Reservoir, also known as Cross River, acclaimed as 'Chixi Jiuzhaigou', stretches over ten miles where the Heisha Bay flows into the sea. The water is bluer than the sky, and the stream is crystal clear. It is located upstream of the Tonggu River Dakeng Reservoir, which originates from the Damang Top of Nanfeng Mountain, extending over ten miles, and flows through Heisha Bay into the sea. Cross River is where three streams converge. The granite geomorphology here is fully weathered, with a balanced distribution of rocks, gravel, and soil. The vegetation, influenced by the marine climate and human activities, has become a secondary forest. The stream is clear, the waterfalls splash, and the sky is full of flying creatures, the ground is covered with growing things, and the water is teeming with swimming life—a beautiful picture of all things in spring competing for freedom.
