Taipei Zhongshan ｜ A Cut Steakhouse

If you ask me to recommend a "high-end steakhouse", A Cut Steakhouse is the only answer, no other! The steaks at A Cut, the star-picking expert, are always cooked to perfection. The pink degree of doneness and the texture are so nice that it’s like a cow is running in your mouth! Don’t dip this Grade A steak in any sauce; you can enjoy it directly as it is, but you can also try the salts provided: Hawaiian bamboo salt, Himalayan rose salt, English smoked salt and French flower of salt. Since I’m not a foodie, I can only recommend it based on my own preferences. English smoked salt is my favorite. Besides the impeccable steaks, what makes A Cut so addictive is the overall atmosphere and service. The meal starts with the bread, which is amazing. The croissants beat those sold in a lot of bakeries out there. The soups, appetizers, side dishes and desserts are all above standard. Of course, the prices are not low, but this restaurant should definitely be included in your list as a restaurant to reward yourself occasionally! A Cut Steakhouse is currently closed, and we are really looking forward to seeing what new look it will have after September to welcome us steak lovers!
