My favorite appetizer is Smith & Wollensky's warm, soft bread, served with salted butter squeezed into beautiful butter flowers. The taste is somewhat similar to that of dense fresh cream, and the salt is mixed very evenly. Overall, it’s not super delicious but it’s certainly of a certain standard. (Angry Shrimp) The big fresh shrimps have a great taste. They are breaded and fried, but you can still taste their freshness. At the bottom is the rich mashed potatoes, which you don’t have to order alone.
