There is no store and no online shopping. There are only occasional flash events on IG🥲 This event is in collaboration with Nong Zhai Cafe The dessert set includes roasted tea mousse pudding, matcha daifuku chestnut Mont Blanc, jasmine tea mixed fruit monaka, Tobadama and strawberry daifuku Paired with Matcha Genmaicha and Tea/Coffee The most amazing thing this time was the strawberry daifuku. It was the first time I tasted daifuku with such a soft and delicate texture. The craftsmanship of the craftsman was amazing! Jasmine tea mixed with fruits and Tobadama (Yokan) are very special Japanese confectionery, changing the stereotype of Japanese confectionery being too sweet. The whole set of desserts uses matcha from Kitagawa Hanbei and Kanbayashi Village Matsumoto store, both of which are century-old shops in Uji, Kyoto. You can fully feel the delicacy and attentiveness! If I have the chance, I will sign up for the 4th anniversary again❤️ A small episode: Genmaicha is mainly used to clear the residual taste in the mouth. I just felt that it was not mentioned when the meal was served, and it was only mentioned when the dessert was served.
