Kang Artisan Bakery is located in an alley on Dunhua North Road in Taipei City. This bakery is quite famous. When it opened at 11am, there were already 2 people queuing in front of me. Founded by the baker of Mandarin Oriental, it brings the exquisite skills of five-star hotels into daily baking, making each bread show the ultimate delicacy and exquisite ingredients. The store style is simple and warm, and the glass windows are filled with all kinds of tempting breads and croissants. The space inside the store is not large, but it is clean and bright, and you can smell the rich cream and baking aroma as soon as you enter the door.
