[Female solo travel in Taipei] Michelin-starred! A very popular Lu Rou Fan restaurant with exquisite taste for Japanese people

A stylish atmosphere that is easy to enter and delicious rice are great! Introducing a very popular Michelin-starred Lu Rou Fan restaurant 🫶 ⭐️Review I went there before 9:30, prepared to line up, and it was already empty and several customers were eating. It's in a shopping district and close to Longshan Temple, so the location is good. I wrote my order on the white paper for eating in that was placed outside, handed it to the staff, paid at the register, and sat down. The Lu Rou rice was simple, containing green onions, pork, and mushrooms, and it was incredibly delicious. I don't like star anise, so I've actually avoided Lu Rou rice until now, but this one doesn't even have star anise, so it's the best! The rice is cooked on the hard side, and goes well with the rich meat with a soy sauce base. The fat of the meat has a sweet and melting texture, and I think it's well-cooked. Personally, a small bowl was enough. If I'm going to eat around, I want to try a variety of other things, so I'm happy with this amount.
