Spread across two levels the R9 cafe is a very popular place in taipei. I saw people waiting everytime I passed by. This one time I just out of curiosity decided that the two of us get something to eat here. After some waiting we were given a table. There are a few things that i did not like, especially the plastic cups for water. It's a nicely decorated place and prices are not on the cheaper side. Surely proper glasses would help. Also, while we planned on having much more than just drinks, pizza and dessert. But it would take long time for things to be at your table. Also difficult to get hold of the serving staff. The food tasted alright, I think our dessert was quite good. Certainly some scope for improvement on other fronts. #chinatrip #localgems #roctaiwan
