Must-Try Cuisine: Beef Short Rib Set Meal at Ogawa Hot Pot

Today, it was drizzling in Taipei. I went to the B2 floor of Shin Kong Mitsukoshi A4 to have dinner at Ogawa Hot Pot. I ordered a Beef Short Rib Set Meal. The vegetable platter was arranged like a flower arrangement, colorful and vibrant. It was very beautiful, made with small farm produce, and very fresh and delicious! The beef short rib had beautiful marbling, was bouncy and chewy, and tasted really good 😋. The dipping sauce was unique, with a sweet and flavorful yuzu sauce. It was really delicious 😋. Highly recommended to everyone.
