🥩 'A Walk in the Mountains' is a recently popular internet-famous barbecue restaurant in Taiwan, featuring a no-menu Wagyu barbecue. The set meal is priced at 1580 TWD plus a 10% service charge, with the option to order additional items a la carte. This barbecue restaurant, originating from Hsinchu, has a cute name, but even the manager doesn't know the story behind it, leaving us curious about the owner's naming journey. 🍷 Thanks to the luck of celebrating a birthday, we got the last table available. From the moment we sat down to when we paid the bill, we received excellent service. Not only were the dishes explained in detail, but there was also a delicate change in flavors that left us satisfied. 👍 ☑️ The six-section barbecue platter is the star of the show, featuring Australian Wagyu, Japanese Wagyu, American beef, beef rib strips, Spanish Iberico pork, and Taiwanese chicken neck meat, paired with scallion salt, special sauce, and rose salt. Love it. ☑️ The 'Tsukimi Wagyu' 🥩 rice pot also amazed us. Large slices of Wagyu were grilled to medium-rare and placed in a pot bowl filled with Yume Gokochi rice, mixed with raw egg rice, which was very delicious. 👍 ☑️ The various sushi 🍣 and Wagyu croissants 🥐 were also very tasty.
