Taipei Old Street - Sisi South Village

The Taipei tourist attraction Sisi South Village was once a military dependents' village. Because the residents were all workers of the 44th Arsenal of the Joint Logistics Command, it was called "Sisi South Village." Later, the military dependents' village was demolished and converted into a cultural and educational zone, retaining some of the old townhouses and remodeled into the Xinyi Civic Center as an open space for holding events and performances.
