This restaurant also has a branch in Korea, but the original Din Tai Fung branch is in Taiwan! I heard a rumor that you have to wait in line from the morning to eat at the original branch, so it was difficult to visit, but I visited Din Tai Fung Xinyi branch below Taipei 101❤️ There was a ton of waiting here too, but it was much better than the original branch. What’s a bit special about Din Tai Fung Xinyi branch is that you can see them making the dumplings through the glass windows, which was really amazing. The menu is written in Korean, so it was easy to order, and there are staff members who can speak Korean, so communication was not too difficult. Since the menu is diverse, I recommend ordering a little bit of each menu so you can try different things.
