I came to visit Raohe Street today. I come here so often that I didn't know what to eat. So I walked around and saw this pork ribs crispy noodles. There were quite a lot of people, so I thought I'd give it a try. There are not only rice and noodles but also side dishes. The pork ribs crispy soup is a must-order. The meat in the pork ribs crispy soup is stewed until very soft. The special braised pork rice is really delicious. It's super soft and the rice is just the right degree of doneness.
