#Literary Traveler Chihkan Tower was built by the Dutch in 1652 and was originally called "Fort Provintia". After the changes during the Ming Zheng, Qing and Japanese rule, it is still an elegant and beautiful building with rich layers. The garden is lush with vegetation and faces the "Fort Zeelandia" in Anping. The Han people call it "Chihkan Tower", "Fanzi Tower" or "Red Hair Tower". At night, the lights around Chihkan Tower are lit up, adding to the classical charm of the building.
