Tainan "Chihkan Tower"

#Taiwan City Attractions Chihkan Tower was built in 1653 by the Dutch who occupied southern Taiwan. It was originally called "Provintia" (Provintia means eternity in Dutch), facing Anping's "Fort Zeelandia". The Han people called it "Chihkan Tower", "Fanzi Tower" or "Red Hair Tower".
