Lishan Honey Apple

Taiwan's high mountain apple production is scarce and precious. Fruit farmers said that they bagged more than 50,000 apples last year, but only more than 20,000 this year. It can be eaten freshly picked. The small quantity means there is no room for export, so farmers naturally won't spend a lot of money to wax the apples. During the honey apple production season, they are freshly harvested every day and transported directly from the production area to the city.
