Wanshu Valley is located in Haogudui Village, Taibai County, adjacent to the north side of Mount Ao in the Qinling Mountain Range, transformed from two traditional courtyard-style houses. This renovation project has created an architectural space that connects north and south, inside and outside, maintaining the natural wild beauty while not losing a sense of order. Within approximately 700 square meters of built area, the design of Wanshu Valley ingeniously integrates Shaanxi's traditional architectural style with modern design concepts, creating a private courtyard in the valley. By absorbing the lifestyle of local residents, the design not only reshapes the spatial experience but also creates a novel and unique way of living. Rooms In the mere 9 rooms available, each promises a unique accommodation experience. From the balconies and courtyards of each room, guests can enjoy the magnificent mountain views, with layers of mountains and swirling mists. Design The room design is both cozy and practical, combining structural aesthetics with soft furnishings. With window frames made of old elm, exposed tops and columns, polished floors, and paired with warm-toned handmade bricks, hemp bedding, and sofas, an elegant environment that does not disturb the guests has been created. Public Area The lobby bar area, with its linear and simple design, cleverly integrates the bar, public area, dining room, and kitchen into one functional strip, optimizing the spatial structure, circulation, and functional layout. The design of the bar utilizes the windowsill extension, activating all functional areas.
