Gruyeres town

Gruyères is a small town in the canton of Fribourg, Switzerland, located in the lush hilly area and famous for its Gruyère cheese production. Many gift shops selling local folk crafts are arranged on the elegant main street. The Gruyères Castle standing on the hill is well-preserved, and tourists can visit the essence of past decorations. The surrounding villages attach great importance to traditional customs and crafts, and people still live mainly on animal husbandry. To the north is the narrow Lake Gruyères, and to the southwest stands the Moléson Mountain, with beautiful natural scenery.
