We checked in on Dragon Boat Festival day—despite the drizzling rain, the process was swift and efficient, with warm and polite front desk service. The housekeeping team responded promptly, and the thoughtful goodnight note during turndown service showcased their attention to detail, making it a hotel you’d eagerly revisit. 🏘️ Room Type/Layout: We stayed in the Jinji Lake Executive King Room (52 sqm), which was well-designed. Drawing the curtains revealed a stunning lakeside view, where the unique architecture of Suzhou Eye and the Gate of the East complemented each other perfectly—a visual treat! The room provided complimentary bed rails and a high-quality wooden crib, safe and sturdy. The highlight was the spacious bathtub—with a baby bath bag, little Yingbao happily "swam" for 20 minutes, tuckered out and fell asleep instantly after milk. A true lifesaver for parents! ☕️ Dining & Leisure: The executive benefits were thoughtful. Breakfast, afternoon tea, and happy hour at the executive lounge catered perfectly to families with infants, eliminating the hassle of dining out. Breakfast at the ground-floor restaurant was bustling on weekends but offered a wide variety of premium dishes. Local specialties like pan-fried buns and braised pork noodles were unforgettable, and the self-serve ice cream machine was a delightful surprise. Afternoon tea featured exquisite desserts and fresh fruits, with attentive staff ensuring timely replenishments.
