|One step, two steps, slowly going deeper into early winter. I went to Huqiu Wetland Park today and looked up. A forest of tall fir trees stood neatly on the other side of the river. The colors of orange, yellow, tangerine, and green blend together in an orderly manner, setting off against the blue sky to form a colorful painting. The warm sun shines through the layers of branches and leaves, casting mottled patterns. The lake is sparkling, with the reflection of the redwoods as a backdrop, it is quiet, beautiful and spectacular. Turning around and walking into the winding path, you will see a completely different scenery. Under your feet is a golden carpet of fallen leaves, in your ears is the rustling of wind blowing through the treetops and the crisp chirping of birds, and at your nose is the fresh scent of a mixture of soil and fallen leaves. There are redwood forests standing in patches on the roadside, providing the ultimate visual, olfactory and auditory enjoyment. The leaves of some fir trees have begun to fall, slowly drifting down to the surface of the lake with the early winter wind, inadvertently causing circles of ripples that are then washed to the shore by the current and form a thick blanket.
