In the early morning, I arrived at Jinji Lake in Suzhou. As the sun began to rise, the lake's surface shimmered with golden waves, like the earth's eye quietly gazing at the world. A gentle breeze brushed by, and the water, as smooth as a mirror, reflected the surrounding green trees and white clouds, making the lake seem like a flowing landscape painting. Walking along the lakeside trail, the chirping of birds and the soft sound of water waves filled my ears, bringing a sense of joy to my heart. On the green fields by the lake, early morning exercisers were sweating under the sun, blending with nature and presenting a vibrant scene. Reaching the viewing platform in the middle of the lake, I gazed at the sailboats on the water, which looked like white clouds floating lightly, instantly evoking my longing for freedom. As the sun set, the lake's water turned a reddish-orange, as if igniting the entire sky with passion. Jinji Lake is not only a natural beauty but also a journey of the soul.
