Taste of Thailand in Suzhou- Dusit Thani

Location- Located near Shushan, in the Eastern part of Suzhou. Easy to get a didi to and from central Suzhou (SIP), taking around 40 minutes. Shushan Road No.88, Huqiu, Suzhou, Jiangsu China. Ambience- the hotel is newly built, so the decor is fresh and modern. They have paid attention to the finer details making it feel very luxurious but also natural due to the beautiful scenery Food- Breakfast was great; large range of western and Chinese options such as noodle bar, Jian bing, pastries, breads, cereal, egg station and fruits. Dinner options on a weekday included a la carte menu with Thai and western options as well as a 228 rmb set menu for 2 people which included papaya salad, Tom yum soup, sea bass, green Thai curry and mango sticky rice- this is an excellent option with good value for money. The restaurant was quite quiet when we visited so our food was brought out extremely quickly (all at once!) Facilities- we had free access to the hot spring, pool and gym. The hot springs range from 20-38 degrees, including indoor and outdoor pools which is a relaxing way to spend an afternoon. Things to do- this hotel is located in a park which has many paths and a bamboo forests too explore by foot. Price- rooms range from 900rmb+ during the holidays or busy season, with added charge for breakfast, but the quality of the room and the service makes it worth it Recommendation- 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟overall I would definitely stay here again #staycation
