Hilton Hotel in Suzhou Industrial Park, a tranquil and serene living environment

Because of my personal preference to travel around the country, Hilton Hotels are my top choice. The longest I have stayed at a Hilton Hotel was in Shenzhen for half a month. Due to the pleasant environment and excellent service, it makes one feel comfortable and warm, making Hilton Hotels my preferred choice. The Hilton Hotel in Suzhou Industrial Park is similar to a serviced apartment, equipped with a washing machine, microwave, refrigerator, induction cooker, and other appliances. Although staying in a hotel, it feels like home. Adjacent to the Baitang Botanical Garden, one can take a leisurely stroll or exercise during their free time. As it is located in an office area, the surroundings are particularly quiet. Especially the executive suite area where I stayed, it was very quiet and comfortable. In the lobby on the first floor, one can leisurely drink tea or coffee, with Longjing tea priced at 289 per pot + 15% service charge, enjoying a peaceful time. However, some unpleasant incidents occurred this time. On March 30th, in the afternoon after 16:00, I found that the bathroom trash can had not been cleaned. I called the magic center to request cleaning, and around 17:00, I called a second time but still no one came to clean. In the end, I thought that the staff might be busy, so I left. When I returned after 22:00, it still had not been cleaned. I called again, and no one took care of it, until I finally called the headquarters to complain and got it resolved. This incident really should not have happened. The reason for staying at Hilton is for its cleanliness and good service. Not even changing the trash can, can it be considered that sanitary conditions were not created? I hope the service quality can be improved.
