[Suwon🇰🇷 Suwon Hwaseong Fortress] World Heritage Site ☺️ I've always wanted to go to Suwon

#Let'sGoToAsia I took the KTX from Seoul Station to Suwon ☺️ Suwon Hwaseong Fortress is a registered World Heritage Site. Located 35km south of Seoul, Suwon Hwaseong Fortress was built by King Jeongjo, the 22nd king of the Joseon Dynasty. It was built with the intention of moving the capital from Seoul, but Jeongjo died after completion, so the plan to move the capital to Suwon became a dream. The site, which is said to be the size of 28 Tokyo Domes, has four large gates, a wall and a watchtower. I walked around the wall, and it was a wonderful structure where I could feel the history. Suwon is famous for its kalbi, so I recommend eating it for dinner. It is lit up at night and looks very fantastic, so if you are interested, please go and see it ☺️ The wall is quite a walk, so I recommend wearing comfortable shoes. —————————————————————- 📍Location: Take the KTX (high-speed rail) from Seoul Station to Suwon Station for about 30 minutes You can also get there by local train or subway. 　　　　　　To Suwon Hwaseong, take the bus from Suwon Station　11.13 It's the fifth bus stop from Suwon Station, and stops in front of Paldalmun Gate. 🏖️Atmosphere/Facilities: After getting off the escalator at Suwon Station, there is a tourist information center on the left, so I stopped there.
