[Seoul] Enter the world of historical dramas at Suwon Hwaseong Fortress

I love Korean dramas, especially historical dramas, so this time I went to Suwon Hwaseong Fortress. Since it was a weekday, there were hardly any people and it was a little lonely 😅 I was glad that I had the fortress to myself in a good way. Janganmun is the north gate of Suwon Hwaseong Fortress. It is said to be the main gate of Suwon Hwaseong Fortress, and the king who came from Seoul entered Suwon Hwaseong Fortress through this gate. Perhaps because of this, it was a larger and more impressive gate than I imagined. I walked along the northern wall from Hwaseomun, the west gate, to get there. It is a fairly large gate, and the road that runs north and south through Suwon Hwaseong Fortress passes under this gate. Getting there is not that difficult. Take the "Express Saemaeul" or "Jaera Mugunghwa" from Seoul Station to Suwon Station. It takes about 30 to 35 minutes. If you want to save money, take subway line 1 and you will arrive in about an hour. It's 1850 won. #overseastravel #Korea
