The wonders of the upstream forest, Bang Sawan spring reservoir 🌊🌴🌲 Bang Sawan spring reservoir, Surat Thani province is an eco-tourism attraction that was officially opened in 2015. Its highlight is the wonders of the upstream forest, with more than 10,000 springs that erupt from underground, looking like boiling water. Tourists like to come here to swim and paddle boats to see the natural peat swamp forest during the hot season. Bang Sawan spring reservoir is located in a natural upstream forest, covering an area of 179 rai. It is a large natural reservoir that is so clear that you can see the sand below. It is not very deep, about 80-180 centimeters, throughout the basin. Interesting activities at Bang Sawan spring reservoir - Kayak or pedal boats to see the upstream point in the peat swamp forest, which also looks like boiling sand. The round trip is 3 kilometers long, along a shady path with the nature of the lush forest on both sides. There are birds and fish to see along the way.
