Finally we came to Dushan Ancient Village, an ancient village with a thousand-year history that retains typical architecture from the Ming and Qing dynasties. The ancient streets, dwellings, stone archways, gates and walls of the past exude the quaint atmosphere of mountain life, continuing and preserving the historical and cultural context of the ancient village. Here, there are almost no tourists to disturb you. You can stroll through the streets and alleys alone, feel the traces of the passing of time, and immerse yourself in the beauty of slow life. Food is also a highlight that you cannot miss during your trip to Suichang. Needless to say, the Jiaotan fish head is a must-try delicacy, with the tenderness of the fish meat and the richness of the soup being the perfect combination.
