Have you ever tried a no-rice salmon maki?

#celebrateit Tucked in the corner of Sunway Pyramid, it was the earliest place in Klang Valley to do salmon nori maki without rice—yes you heard it right, no rice, plain seafood goodness and nori. Which quickly drew my interest because I’m no fan for rice. But objectively, I genuinely think some rice actually adds flavours to the entire sushi. Without rice, maki somewhat lack flavours despite a satisfying luxurious amount of salmon in the make. I remember it used to do Ala carte buffet on the weekend, which was my sister’s and my favourite. We could do unlimited round of cod fish, which was tasty. Just have to keep paying attention on their social media for updates.
