Samila Beach: Nice Area and shops.

Samila beach in Songkhla is a nice place to walk either on the beach itself or on the small streets besides, which include several restaurants, pubs, and shops. There is a golden mermaid statue where lots of tourists go to take pictures. While the beach is nice, it depends where you are travelling from because Thailand has lots of great beaches so if you want the best then you are more likely to find something better in Phuket instead, in part because the water in Songkhla is not as clear. But for this area of Thailand I found Songkhla to be well taken care of with many flowers, shrubs, and plants. It's a nice place for a relaxing afternoon. #samilabeach #fallingforfall #thailand
