City of Statues - Skopje 🏰

#wecreate Home for over 200 statues, Skopje is one if the interesting city you should visit. The statues create a unique atmosphere and most of the statues is recently built. You may notice some of historical figures such as Alexander the Great and Mother Teresa. The city also home to diverse ethic and religious communities. You can visit mosque, churches and synagogues located close to each other which prove the religious harmony between the communities. And for food lover, especially if you love Middle East or Mediterranean food this city is your paradise. I wish I stayed longer to try more meals in the city cause one of the meals I had there is delicious. You don’t have to worry about the price as its super affordable to get full meals with drinks there. Fun fact: Mother Teresa was born in this city. #cityofstatues #skopje #northmacedonia
