When you stay at the Conrad Centennial in Singapore, the thing to do is eat! Sample the Chinese food at the Golden Peony in the afternoon, then go to Oscar’s for a delicious seafood buffet. Wake up the next morning to enjoy an in-room brunch. The hotel has a rather luxurious afternoon tea set, and I heartily recommend the afternoon tea in the lobby bar. Good afternoon tea is not hard to come by, but what sets the Conrad apart is the variety and quality of the different dishes. Everything was served at just the right time! I practically had to hold myself up against the wall afterwards to keep from falling over from all the delicious food.
