Nature Park With No Chestnuts

There are a few things in life I love doing and one of them is keeping fit and hiking. My recent hiking trip brought me to Chestnut Nature Park and even though the name suggests Chestnut, there are no Chestnuts in this Park. Instead, you will be surrounded with lots of greenery and quietness and some wildlife if you're lucky. I chose the Southern hiking trail at Chestnut nature park and the terrain was rocky and muddy, with a doable hiking difficulty level. There were not many slopes or steps but do wear fitting shoes as it can get pretty rocky and you may slip and fall. I love how there are huts along the trail for you to seek shelter or take a break. Lots of greenery and small water streams for you to admire as you hike and take in some fresh air. It is very peaceful in there too. The nature park is generally not crowded on a weekday and there is also a dirt bike rental shop available if you do dirt biking. Toilets are available at the park too, as well as a carpark with limited parking lots. #singapore
