Spicy, Sour, Appetizing & Yummy!

Located on the 3rd floor of jewel changi airport is the famous restaurant called Tai Er, which serves suancai fish (Chinese sauerkraut fish) as their specialty. The restaurant is buzzing with customers and every table is filled up. I had ordered their suancai fish for 1-2 pax and the portion was huge with many slices of fish. The fish meat was smooth and soft, and the spicy sourish soup base made it a very appetizing and yummy dish. Their crispy fried salted egg seaweed was also very delicious. Diners can get free flow roselle orange peel drink, to soothe their throats. Every table comes with a Chinese lot canister, shake the canister and get a lucky lot. Service was execellent and I would highly recommend this place for their food and dining experience. #tripblazers #foodie
