I was a package holder almost 10 years ago at another outlet. This time I went to Orchard Gateway after reading recent positive reviews. Very nice lobby. Exclusively for their use. The spa entrance and waiting area is very welcoming too. I went for a body massage and was upgraded to a premium one. Had a very relaxing session. Next come the review and some selling of their package. They noted I am an ex customer and offered a good deal which I think they are sincere.
