Chateraise

Located at Causeway Point level 1 Chateraise was founded in 1954 in Yamanashi Prefecture, west of Tokyo. In its early days, it was known for imagawa-yaki, a pancake like confection filled with sweet red-bean paste. Hokkien fresh cream is one of the key ingredients in their cake. I always like their cake and find their cream light and fluffy mmmmmm Happy to see that they have launched a series of wine like peach wine, blueberry wine and sweet red wine 🍷 rating 4 out of 5
