Mott 32 peking duck

Quack! I am a Peking Duck enthusiast and I have trip moments on many of my Peking Duck. Today, I am introducing the famous roasted applewood peking duck from Mott 32 Marina Bay Sands Singapore. You can find it on the menu as “Apple Wood Roasted 42 Days Peking duck, Signature Mott 32 Cut” at $108. Please listen to me and make advance bookings for your table and when you are making your reservation, add on a request for their Peking duck. It will take an hour for them to serve the Peking duck. So 30 minutes before you arrive, they will start to prepare and you can have it after you have settled down at your table and have some appetisers and drinks. There is a second course for the peking duck and you can choose to have it minced and served with lettuce or just eat the chopped duck meat as-is.
