Granny’s Pancake

One of my favourite hawker stalls at Hong Lim food centre, the Granny’s pancake which is min chiang kueh and it has a few choices for you to choose from. You can choose from peanuts, peanut butter, coconut and red beans. It is a big pie and the stallholder will cut it accordingly. There is also a sign saying you are unable to choose the sides you want. So it is all random. Although I will prefer the edge as it has the crispy side but I will be happy with any side too. You can end up in a long queue if you come during peak hours or when there is someone in front of you making a lot of orders. Usually, I will have one piece to dine in and take away the rest.
