Warm welcome by Capella

When my husband and I checked in to Capella Hotel, we were blown away by the service and attention to detail by the staff. The reception area was designed like a really up-class and cosy living room, and we were brought two glasses of welcome drinks and wet towels upon arrival. Once we had our reservation confirmed, they handed us the most unique hotel keycards I’ve seen, red ones in cute little envelopes. Everything here is clearly well-thought and executed!
