Pampering for a day

A very pampering choice to boost both your physical and mental wellness is to treat yourself to a day of a head-to-toe package. My most preferred place is the outlet at The Ritz Carlton Millenia Hotel, where my husband and I were assigned to the couple suite to enjoy our treatment together. You can opt for individual treatments separately but we decided to try a facial (with the La Mer products) and a full-body massage. The masseuses are skilful here and very professional. I love the vibe of the treatment rooms too.
