Hainanese Boneless Chicken Rice

Their chicken rice is priced at only SGD3.5! The set comes with a plate of boneless chicken breast, rice, cucumber, and pickled “Acar” and a mini bowl of clear soup. Nowadays where to find such an affordable price considering the quality and portion of food. The chicken was thick cut, not the thin smashed type, perfectly dressed in a mix of light soy sauce and sesame oil, which was savoury and flavourful. I like to add a bit of their homemade ginger sauce, chili sauce and black sauce to eat with the chicken and rice, it was an explosion of flavours in my mouth. Even the free soup was nice.
